I am a professional career and life coach with diverse life experience. My professional background includes roles in sales, research, consulting, and DEI, which provide me with insight into what it takes to succeed or make lateral moves within a business.

On a personal note, I’m a retired D1 athlete, avid traveler, wife, cat-mom, and fitness instructor. I strive to pursue my passions daily. Sometimes this means, recognizing when certain interests are fading and discovering what motivates me today.
